I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near various tourist attractions and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, particularly Ayhan from the reception. However, the dining options could use a bit more variety, and the location, while good, starts off in an area that may not look appealing at first glance.

The hotel had a great location, really close to the Cemberlitas tram station and the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the room had an awful smell, and I noticed there weren’t enough bed sheets provided. While the price was reasonable, the experience in my room could be improved.
